You're a really caring friend that is obviously really worried right now. I think you should confront her about the fact that she lied to you. (She was probably just too embarrassed/uncomfortable to admit it.. so take that into consideration though) But I think you should explain to her that you're genuinely worried about her.. and I wish you good luck.
