Guys does your mind wander when you see a girl eat a popsicle or a hot dog?

I've seen way too many movies or tv shows where a girl is innocently eating something like a popsicle and all the guys start laughing and joking around and making sexual remarks. This might be totally stupid but ever since I've been so paranoid about eating those kinds of foods in public lol. Like do guys really think that way?? Or is that just exaggerated by the media?
