Things to do in the Inner Harbor, Baltimore Maryland?

Its my boyfriend and I's 9 months on Wednesday and I want to do something special. I was planning on taking him to the inner harbor, taking him out to eat at Isabella's, a pizza restaurant in Little Italy but I don't know what else we could do. i don't want to go to a museum or anything, just walk around and do fun things like paddle boating or something
