Does he like me!! the problem is he's like a lil brother to me....HELP1!!!?

are you guys in like middle school or something? no offence to him but he has ADHD, common mental disorder alot of people have it, it's not a problem. This explains his seemingly hostile behavior, shyness, and his messing with the flowers. There's nothing wrong with this and yes he does like you. Don't let the ADHD discourage you, it's a very minimal problem that surprisingly enough most of the country has in some form. It stands for Attention Deficite Hyperactive Disorder (he can't pay attention and likes playing with things). Give hima stimulant, coffee or soda or sugar, and he would calm down (good way to test it) instead of getting riled up. Anyways yeah he likes you and he seems very nice and sweet and if you like himn too you should date him or atleast be friendlier to him.
