Where is a good game-design college around here?

I live in York, PA. (south-east Pennsylvania) I have been looking for colleges around here and can't seem to find anything locally. In fact, the closest I can find is Pittsburgh which is across the state the long way... Anyway, I simply want to major in video game design and would go as far as Baltimore, Philadelphia or Scranton. (South, East, North respectively) Any ideas?
