Weekend trip location driving distance from Baltimore, MD?

My husband and I are in desperate need of a weekend away. We are looking for a place that is driving distance from the Baltimore/Harford County, MD area... it can be anywhere...we'd love to even find a small little town... just a place with some shops, restaurants, movie theater, etc. We're not interested in going to OC bc it's just too busy for us this time of year... suggestions?? Just somewhere we can turn off our phones and relax!
