Martial Art for a 13 Year Old Boy?

I am 13 years old, and I live in Maryland. Is there any way that I can learn Jeet Kune Do? Anywhere in Maryland is fine, but somewhere close to Baltimore/Lanham/Glenn Dale would be preferable. I have only taken Karate, but only for a couple of weeks. Am I allowed to learn Jeet Kune Do? If so, where in Maryland?
