Is Boston a good place to work for AmeriCorps?

Can't tell you much about bean town but I think the fact that you have family and are some what familiar might be good for you in your situation,being AS and all. if you really want a change of pace come visit me in Amish town, also in NY and NOTHING like the city.Starting over is always a challenge and the less stressful you can make it the better.right now the way the economy is i wouldn't be too choosy so if Boston called I'd be answering.i think if you get a hold of their municipal building they should be able to tell you something as far as housing, jobs and tourists attractions. and social events and societies.Dating you are going to have to wing it just like the rest of us did just remember for a quality lady go where they are. Go to a bar and you'll attract bar flies and moochers.Good luck with your search.and keep us posted.
