I think my twin brother's having a mental breakdown, what can I do?

I understand that you dont want to tell your parents, because some of my family is very prejudice of homosexuals. What you need to do is find a rehabilitaion center, tell your parents what your brother has been doing and how hes been acting (just leave out the fact that a boy caused it, say it was a girl) and get him help. I dont think he'd go so far as to kill himself, but he sounds like hes hurting and he dosnt know how to get rid of the pain. Please let me know if he ever gets better
