How to get to Otakon in Baltimore from Germantown, Maryland without a car?

so..this will be the first time i'll be going to otakon and i don't have a car. people have told me to use the metro and bus but i honestly have no idea what stops to get on and off to use them. could anyone please help me? if anyone knows what exact stops i could use to get to the baltimore convention center that would be really helpful!!!! thank you so much to those whom help, very much appreciated!
