How to get bigger/more 'rounded' shoulders?

30 pushs is a little low you should try stepping it up maybe do some exercises with dumbbells google good exercises for shoulders with those I do 200 push ups a day but I can do 85 if you can do a low amount do enough to not blow out your arms so you can do more sets and also do about 100 if u do a low amount of reps
