How to end infatuation/obsession?

Infatuation isn't mature love, it's fantasy. You think about the other person being perfect with no flaws. Mature love means you love that person no matter what. If you feel that the person your eying is "perfect" with no flaws then know its not real, if you don't care about that persons flaws then you just fall in love easily.
