Northern Virginia custom car muffler, help needed finding a shop?

Ok, so I just moved to the Northern Virginia area (Ashburn, aka near Dulles Int Airport), and though my car passes MA safety inspection, VA says hell no. So I have a little less then 30 days to get it swapped out. Now I am looking to replace a true dual glass pack exhaust set up, preferably with a custom set up that is street legal for VA but that I can switch to dump short to open the car up for the track. Electronic switch be awesome but if a manual is all they could do I'd still consider it. The last time I looked into it I was in Arizona, and though I had a great mechanic in MA I figured since it passed MA it would pass VA. Driving further away, say into DC or Baltimore area would be fine, or further south inside VA, so long as they know what will pass VA inspections for registration.
