Is one year & 8 months a long time to be in a no-strings relationship with someone?

i started just innocently making out & experimenting with this guy when we were both 14. now we're 16 and we're in a no-strings sexual relationship together. we don't talk about the past or the future and we go weeks without talking after we hookup. when we're together we have an amazing & fun time. he blows me kisses & makes a heart with his hands and points at me when we videochat. we've never had a deep conversation, but i think our no-strings relationship has gone farther than most...what do you think? thanks :)
