Good college to go to after a bad first year?

I went to a community college my first year college (2010-2011) and I failed one class and dropped two the whole year and my financial aid has been cut for next year so I kind of can't go back. I'm looking for a good community college to go to in the south central Pennsylvania area or in Maryland. Mostly around Westminster/Baltimore area and I'm willing to go to the eastern shore too. I have a 2.0 gpa, help please :)
