Whats the Baltimore Restraunt in Diners, Drive in and Dives?

Ok so i just saw this episode of Diners, Drive in and Dives and didn't catch the name of the restaurant, They were in Maryland, Baltimore im pretty sure. It looked like a small place, The chef was African american, They served Fried chicken, a reallllly cheesy mac n cheese, Fried catfish, And they used to only sell wings, that he made his sauce from scratch. He served the sinners in Styrofoam. Also on that episode they went to a place with this really good meat loaf, Any one remember the name of the guys restaurant!?
