I'm 18, never been in relationship or kissed a girl, how screwed am I?

Im 18 year old guy about to graduate high school and going to community college in the fall (i also have no job =( I never kissed a girl (other than family) and never been in relationship. But I pay attention and learn from people and friends, so im not innocently ignorant, but im innocent enough. I have a mixed feeling that im ready and otherwise. just fyi, for some reason i feel more comfortable and at east with older women, not the ones my age. anyway, how deep am i in the hole and what should i do?
